By accessing or using the Dubhe AI API service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dubhe AI provides an API gateway that allows developers to access various AI models through a unified interface. The Service includes API access, model routing, usage tracking, and billing features.

3. API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Any activity that occurs through your keys is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our infrastructure
• Use the Service to generate harmful or abusive content
• Resell API access without authorization

5. Credits and Billing

Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Usage is deducted from your credit balance. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Dubhe AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
